Roland Cordial Cups with gold foil are made from the finest bittersweet Dutch chocolate. The chocolate comes from the tropical cocoa bean cacao. This chocolate has a natural shine and smooth firm finish. Cups are 1.3" high, 1.4" in diameter. Roland Fine Chocolate has a full aroma, with a scent of chocolate, not cocoa, this is a kosher product. There are 168 cups per tray. Roland Cordial Cups should be stored tightly wrapped in a cool, dry place (60 f to 70 f degrees). Use at room temperature with cold or frozen fillings.
