Israeli couscous is a pasta-like product imported from the Holy Land. The size is slightly larger than traditional couscous, and the edges are more uniform. Osem brand Israeli couscous is toasted, unlike traditional couscous. Available in a 5lb. bag. Preparation Add 2 cups boiling water to 1 cup Israeli Couscous. Cover and simmer 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Ingredients Wheat Flour
